Benjamin Gill papers, 1882-1913.

This collection consists of addresses, papers, and sermons of Penn State chaplain Benjamin Gill. The addresses and papers have dates and many give the event at which they were given. The collection also includes the manuscript and hard-bound copies of Sermons and Addresses (1913), a commemorative volume requested by the trustees.

Penn State chaplain Benjamin Gill graduated from Wesleyan University in 1870 and came to Penn State in 1892 as professor of Latin.
